David Podgursky combines 25+ years of expert customer service education and experience with top-notch marketing in SE Florida. This combination allows him to bundle marketing services specifically for Sellers to enhance the marketing on their Listing to be more effective, in other words, to sell faster and for more money!

David Podgursky also offers unique product, area and community insight to Buyers who work with us. By knowing the market, the builders, the demographics and local construction techniques, David can help make sure your purchase is the right house for you!

David is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and moved to Palm Beach County, Florida at the end of 2003. He now resides in Boynton Beach Florid,a with his son, 2 daughters and Golden Doodle. David first became a Licensed Real Estate Agent with a Prudential Commercial and Residential Brokerage in Louisville, Kentucky and Indiana in 1998.

David became a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker in 2004 after several years licensed in Kentucky and Indiana. David received his Bachelors Degree from Indiana University and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky specializing in Management and Marketing. David has served as a certified real estate mentor and trainer for over 15 years, nurturing new and struggling agents towards a successful career in the real estate industry.
